Uploading your brand imagery helps converting traffic into ticket sales. You can upload your custom brand imagery in 2 different locations on Ticketmeo.

Event imagery - This is set per event, to edit this, select your event and click Modify Event.

Event Logo - The event logo is displayed on your tickets, event listing pages and on emails. We recommend uploading a logo otherwise we will use the default Ticketmeo logo. Recommended Size: 200px x 200px (Max: 3MB)

Event Banner - The event banner is displayed at the top of our hosted web pages. If you are planning to only use our widgets you can skip this step. Recommended Size: 1200px x 450px (Max: 3MB)

We recommend filling out your Organiser Settings also, this allows you to modify your brand colour and enter other information that will be shown to ticket buyers. This includes your social media and website links.
