You have full control over your orders, you can partially or fully refund orders or individual tickets
To refund tickets
Go to your orders and select the order you wish to refund
Click the Refund button.
Enter the refund amount and specify a reason for a audit purposes. Then click Refund.
Your payment processor should process the refund instantly. The order timeline will update to show the refund information
Refunding orders does not cancel the order, to cancel/suspend the order or individual tickets, follow this article.
