Logging into Ticketmeo Scan requires a unique username and password. These are not the same credentials used to login to the Ticketmeo website.
To create a new user account to check in tickets
Login to your account at https://ticketmeo.com/login/
Go to Settings > Check In App > App Users
Select Create app user
Enter a name (for audit purposes) and a password. A code (username) will be randomly generated once Create App User has been clicked.
