Ticketmeo Scan is available for both Android and iOS. Select your device to download the app.
Logging in
Upon loading the app for the first time you will be prompted to login by using a QR code or a code, followed by a password. If you do not yet have any app user accounts created visit Creating Ticketmeo Scan accounts.
Once logged in, select your event you wish to scan for.
Once you have selected your event the event overview will display. Here you will find your current check in statistics.
Check in Attendees
Once you have signed into your account and selected your event you'll be ready to scan tickets.
Click the Scan button.
Point the square directly at the attendees QR code to scan.
You will then see one of the following 3 responses. To view further information click the banner.
Green banner showing "Ticket successfully checked in" - Successful check in, no further action required.
Red banner showing "Ticket has already checked in". - This means the ticket has already been used, clicking the red banner will show further information.
Red banner showing "Invalid ticket" - This could mean the ticket is for a different event or time. Or the ticket was recently purchased and Ticketmeo Scan has not updated due to lack of signal.
Searching for tickets
Attendee forgot or lost their ticket? You can perform a manual search for tickets.
Click Search
Enter name or booking reference into the search field.
Select the relevant ticket to view ticket details or to check the ticket in.
Key information
Using Ticketmeo scan whilst offline
You can still check in event attendees without an internet connection but make sure your device is synced first. To do so, login to Ticketmeo Scan and select your event. This will download all ticket information to your local device.
If your device loses connectivity, ticket check ins will not update for other app users or administrators until the data connection has been restored. Once your reconnected to the internet Ticketmeo scan will automatically sync in the background.
